The Duplicates found - Please Select From The List form appears when a bill of lading (BL) number has multiple matches. When you enter the the BL Number field in the Appointment form and press the Tab key, N4 displays this form with all the matching BLs, line operator, and vessel visit information in a table view format.
To select a BL, double-click on the required BL. N4 displays the selected BL in the BL Number field in the Appointment form.
